Wedding Cake Designs:-
• Traditional Wedding Cakes
Wedding cakes created in traditional style. Tiers are available in a Circle or Square shape and sizes range from 4” up to 12” as standard. Larger size tiers are available on request.
• Novelty Wedding Cakes
Wedding cakes designed using complex shapes, detailed character models, special features or detailed landscapes.
• Miniature wedding cake (not cupcakes)
A scaled-down miniature sized 3 tier Wedding cake suitable for smaller or more personal weddings, receptions and gatherings. It can also be used as an addition to the main wedding cake.
• Wedding Cupcakes - Wedding Cupcake Bouquets - Wedding Cake Pops
Wedding Cup Cake Bouquets and Wedding styled Cake Pops for the couple, as centre pieces for tables or as an addition to the main cake. These can all be designed to match the style of the Wedding theme or Wedding cake. Cupcakes can also be used together on a large tiered stand with a 4" and 6" cake on placed on top to create one large wedding cake.

Intricate and ornate cake designs with child specific themes, using complex shapes, detailed character models, special features and detailed landscapes, for all childrens occasions.

• Cupcakes - Cup Cake Bouquets - Cake Pops
Cupcakes can be used together on a stand to make up one large wedding or celebration cake or can be decorated to accompany a cake we are specifically making for you. We make both small and large cupcakes, bouquets made using cup cakes and cake pops.

Types of Cake
Sponge Cakes:-
• Vanilla Sponge Cake
A delicate, firm and moist Vanilla sponge cake in a Madeira style with a butter cream and jam filling, handmade and baked to the highest quality.
• Chocolate Sponge Cake
A delicate, firm and moist Chocolate sponge cake with a chocolate butter cream filling, handmade and baked to the highest quality.
• Red Velvet Sponge Cake
A delicate, firm and moist Red Velvet sponge cake with a vanilla butter cream filling, handmade and baked to the highest quality.
• Lemon Sponge Cake
A delicate, firm and moist Lemon sponge cake with a selection of fillings including vanilla butter cream filling, Lemon butter cream filling, Jam and Lemon Curd, handmade and baked to the highest quality.
• Chocolate Orange Cake
A delicate and rich chocolate cake flavoured with tangy orange with an orange buttercream filling, handmade and baked to the highest quality.
• Oreo Chocolate Sponge Cake
A delicate, firm and moist Oreo chocolate sponge cake with a vanilla cream and Oreo biscuit butter cream filling, handmade and baked to the highest quality.
• Rainbow Sponge Cake
A delicate, firm and moist sponge cake made up of layers of differently coloured sponge with a vanilla butter cream filling, handmade and baked to the highest quality. It is an extra £10 per tier and can only be used with square or round cakes.
• Salted Caramel Sponge Cake
A delicate, firm and moist salted caramel sponge cake with a salted caramel cream and caramel filling, handmade and baked to the highest quality.
All our sponge cakes can be made without eggs, gluten free, nut free or milk free if required.
Fruit Cakes:-
• Medium fruit cake
A moist and delicious, medium fruited country style cake, handmade and baked to the highest quality.
• Rich fruit cake
A luxurious, moist and richly fruited cake typically laced with Brandy or Rum, handmade and baked to the highest quality.
Our fruitcake can be made without using alcohol on request.
Other Cakes:-
• Carrot cake
A moist and delicious, carrot cake, handmade and baked to the highest quality.
• Cupcakes
A delicate, firm and moist cupcake sized Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velevet and Lemon sponge cake.
• Cake Pops
A delicate, firm and moist, golf ball sized Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velvet and Lemon sponge cake. The sponge is then covered in a crisp candy chocolate coating in Plain, Milk or White Chocolate and various colours depending on design, they are then decorated to specification. Minimum order of 10.
Cake Sizes
All of our sponge cakes and medium fruit cakes come in a square or round shape and range from 8” up to 16”. We can also make 4" and 6" sizes for sponge or medium fruit wedding cakes.
Our rich fruit cakes come in a square or round shape and range from 4” up to 12”.

Wedding cake sizes
All our cakes tiers come in a square or round shape and range from 4” up to 12”. We can also make 2", 14" and 16" sizes for specific wedding cakes on request. For a full list of sizes and prices then please go to our prices page.
You can mix and match any number of tiers that you need to make up your wedding cake. If you have a specific wedding cake budget, a set number of guests or are just unsure of the size of cake you may need, then contact us and we can help you correctly choose the number of tiers you will need to ensure that every guest receives a portion whilst staying within your budget.
We can also make additional cutting cakes, scaled-down miniature wedding cakes using 2", 4" and 6" inch tiers for smaller or more personal weddings, individual miniature wedding cakes, cupcakes decorated to match and compliment your wedding cake, a cupcake bouquet for the bride, cupcake bouquets for guest tables, cupcakes or cake pops for guest tables or sweet table. These can be added to your Wedding cake order if required and decorated in the same style as your main cake. The cupcakes can also make a good alternative to a cutting cake if you need to make up portion sizes.
Decoration
Our sponge cakes are typically covered with a base of sugar fondant and decorated using soft icing or Royal icing as required.
Our medium fruit cakes and rich fruit cakes are either covered in a layer of marzipan or Royal icing depending on your preference, and decorated using soft icing or Royal icing as required.
All of our cakes are decorated by hand using soft icing or Royal icing and include an inscription of your choice.
Our figurines, models and other decorations are handcrafted using either marzipan, sugar fondant or Royal icing. Some of our cakes may contain materials that are not edible, we will tell you if the cake that you have chosen has inedible materials whilst you are placing your order.
Delivery
Delivery can be arranged whilst placing your order. The cost of delivery will vary depending on the distance involved. If you think you will need to have your cake delivered then please talk to us when you call for your initial quote.
